StuccoStucco is common in historic neighborhoods and requires a skill set that only experts should tackle. Our family has been working with exterior homes and buildings for over a century and we pride ourselves as being the best in the business. Our customers can pick from a wide variety of textures from our samples or we can make a variation of any texture. We can also match an existing home texture and a sample board can be prepared for your review and approval.

Older Stucco Home Process
Restoring the integrity and appearance in older homes is one of our specialties
Whether the needed repairs be major or minor, we offer a wide range of services to accomplish exactly what you want.
A typical stucco restoration involves several steps
Step1: Repairs
Make any major repairs needed by removing loose or bulging stucco. Repair areas by using a galvanized wire mesh and cementous stucco. This is needed to be done in order to make the house ready for step 2.
Step 2: Pressure Wash
Pressure washing can begin once the obvious areas where water could get behind the stucco (and into the house) are eliminated. Pressure washing involves a thorough washing of all stucco on the house additional small repairs, as well as loose texture or paint will be uncovered at this time. Final repairs are completed and it is on to step 3.
Step 3: Color Coating
Once all repairs are completed and stucco has been allowed to cure, it is time for the final finishing touch. We offer an endless selection of color for your newly restored stucco home. We use an acralastic stucco coating which has proven to be extremely reliable and durable. The acralastic color coating does not allow water to permiate into the stucco, but yet allows for any water vapors inside of the walls to evaporate from the inside out. This coating greatly lengthens the life of the stucco. The coating has one other great feature. As the name “acralastic” implies, this coating will “stretch” and is capable of budging hauline craks up to 1/8”.Once the coating is completed, you can rest assured that your house is ready to withstand many more years of harsh weather, and that every step has been done properly and professionally.
